Manager- Resource Mobilization - NGO
- We are hiring for one of our clients which is a non-profit organization that brings life-changing care to orphaned and vulnerable children around the world. Founded on Mother's Day in 2000, since then they have taken a stand for orphaned children. Today there are 8 million children living in child care institutions around the world.

- 80% of children living in institutions have their relative who are alive. The organisation make every effort to reunite these children with their birth family.
- For abandoned children without family - they ensures that children are loved, educated, healthy and safe.
Travel : Extensive travel required (40% per month)
Location : New Delhi
Responsibilities of the person is :
Fundraising:
- Responsible for raising funds from corporates and individual donors
- Work closely with Director to meet fundraising revenue targets based on annual revenue goal.
- Research and build a pipeline for acquisition of corporate and individual donors in the allocated geographical areas
- Manage retention of corporate donors
- Schedule meetings with potential corporates to present the organisations work . Conduct all follow up and nurturing of the potential pipeline.
- Manage follow up of meetings with donors and maintain contact for renewal of their annual and monthly donations/grants.
- Plan and execute retention and upselling strategy for individual donors and acquired corporate donors
- Coordinate with Director RM to get Program and Finance teams to develop and customise proposals, presentations and concept notes as per the need of the corporate/individual donor
- Support Director for application and related work
- Coordinate with Director for program team to produce quarterly/bi-annual/annual donor reports
- Coordinate with Director and ensure timely dissemination of communication including donor reports, updates, newsletters etc to the donors
- Coordinate donor engagement activities between corporates
Eligibility Criteria for Education, Experience and Skills :
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in the development sector required
- At least 3-5 years experience in direct fundraising in India for NGOs
- Experience of raising funds from corporate and individual large donors through cold calling
- Experience working with International NGO preferred
- Have existing relations with corporates and individuals
- Possess a strong experience in Concept Selling, selling products
- Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills
- Stickler of timelines
- Have strong networking skills and relationship orientation
- Skilled in using Salesforce
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Willingness to travel within India as required
