Required Experience :

- Resource Management, Workforce Planning and Resource Utilization

- Forecasting, Demand & Supply management, Strategic Resource Management and Bench Engagement

- Information Services and Data Analytics

- Work with & Support India and US based teams

- Managing India/ US-based clients.

- Excellent organizational skills

- Understanding of key technology trends, market landscape etc

- Knowledge to prove and assess appropriate skill sets of various practice areas

- Consulting background (Resource Management for SAP, Oracle, ERP, Consulting)

- Human capital technology resource management would be preferred
