Job Summary :

We're seeking a proactive Research Manager to support our team. This role is pivotal inensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the HR department. Strong understanding and knowledge of the stock market are essential. If you thrive in a multitasking environment, this is the opportunity for you!

Job Details :

- Candidates expected to work from the office for 22 days a month.

- Location requirement: Mumbai or willingness to relocate to Mumbai.

- Aligned with UK shift timings: Total of 7 hours from 2 PM to 9 PM.

- Workweek: Mandatory Saturday- Sunday work schedule and any two days off between Monday and Friday.

- We operate from a single office/house office arrangement (SOHO), promoting a collaborative and cohesive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough online research on various topics relevant to the organization's objectives, including but not limited to:

- Portals development

- Company website analysis

- Best deals in electronics

- Equity and debt markets

- Job portals

- Commercial real estate

- Assess the credibility and reliability of sources, ensuring that the information collected is accurate and up- to- date.

- Organize, analyze, and synthesize research findings into clear and concise summaries or reports.

- Generate reports, presentations, and summaries based on research findings to aid in decision- making processes.

- Effectively communicate research results and insights to relevant team members or stakeholders.

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and in compliance with data privacy regulations.

- Conduct online research on stock markets and provide relevant insights to support HR decision- making processes.adherence to timelines and budgets.Collaborate with the leadership team to set clear priorities and goals for IT management, balancing immediate needs with long- term objectives.

- Generate reports, presentations, and summaries based on research findings to communicate insights effectively to internal stakeholders and clients.

- Conduct in- depth research on companies, industries, and market trends using various online resources such as financial databases, market reports, and news sources.

Qualifications:

- Preference for candidates with an MBA, M.Tech, or undergraduate degree in a relevant field, though smart undergraduates are also encouraged to apply.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other productivity tools.

- Strong understanding and knowledge of the stock market, with the ability to conduct thorough research efficiently.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, adapting to changing priorities seamlessly.

- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work tasks.
