Manager - Research and Property Marketing, India

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced marketing specialist to market two fundamental propositions; the Firm's thought leadership and properties. The ideal candidate will be passionate about content marketing, will have a customer centric approach and an ambitious outlook.

Responsibilities:

Research Marketing:

- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to market India research reports / programs / capabilities by working closely with India Research team and fully utilize marketing resources and functions

- Produce and execute integrated marketing campaigns to market global and regional research reports/programs with strong India relevance, by working closely with global and regional research/marketing teams, as well as India research team & relevant business line stakeholders

- Manage calendar of research activities including campaign analysis and reporting

- Provide recommendations for future research campaign optimization

- Develop and establish processes to improve research campaign efficiency and effectiveness

- Provide with guidance on hub/city level research launch

- Act as a brand guardian ensuring every research marketing campaign and client touchpoint is on brand

- Leverage partnerships to maximise client outreach

Property (Commercial Real Estate) Marketing:

- Lead development of property marketing strategies and play a significant role in the creative process for campaign development.

- Provide creative guidance and make recommendations on enhancements to building/asset branding, positioning, messages, programs and technology

- Create, implement and track marketing plans and budgets, including objectives, timelines, marketing elements, costs, resources, media buys, etc.

- Present property marketing strategies, plans and ideas internally to garner feedback/support and to internal business teams / clients to secure feedback/approval

- Draft compelling copy to support key messages and themes to drive asset differentiation

- Scope and oversee photography and videography as needed to promote assigned properties

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction to the satisfaction of the internal teams involved and their clients

- Act as project manager for the marketing plan and related marketing tactics, including naming and branding

creation, brochure development, direct mail campaigns, presentations, events, on-site marketing centers etc

- Activate digital channels against an appropriate strategy given asset, market and target segment, inclusive of social (organic and paid), digital advertising, virtual touring and events

Sounds like you? To apply you need to have:

- Master's degree in marketing, advertising or a related field

- Proven 8-10 year working experience in marketing, particularly within the industry

- At least 3 years of experience writing for real estate audience, ability to communicate effectively

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing across channels, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

- Creative bent with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Experience in optimizing webpages and user funnels

- Team player with excellent communication skills and an ability to present concepts in new ways and from new perspectives.
