Manager - Research & Development - OEM - Paint Mfg

Manager- Research and Development (OEM) with experience in specifications of all the raw materials, required to develop paint for OEM and General Industry.

Required Skills :

- He/She from Paint Manufacturing organizations catering into OEM Segments.

- Develop suitable and cost effective products as per the OEM specifications.

- Set up and conduct chemical experiments, tests, and analyses, using techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, physical or chemical separation techniques, or microscopy.

- Establish the products at OEM customer's production line, conduct trials and standardize.

- Develop quality plan to ensure proper and consistent quality of the products.

- Good Communication skills and fair knowledge of IT for business applications.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree + B.Tech / PHD / M.Sc in Paint Technology.
