1. Knowledge and experience of Food industry with Biscuit R&D

2. Shall have the experience of Lab analysis related to Biscuit industry and snacks industry

3. Knowledge of Microbiology is a must

4. Knowledge and experience of operations related to Biscuit industry

5. BOM preparation and costing preparation

6. Experience of Flavours incorporation and development

7. Preparation of the jams and it's development

8. SOP and STP preparations

9. Experience of closely working in the inter department like marketing, sales and finance

10. Experience of handling of 3rd Party manufacturers is a must

11. Very good communication skill and able to have the communication with the foreign/korean team

12. Experience of Vendor development

13. Experience of 3rd party suppliers audits and improvements

14. Have a knowledge and experience of the purchase of Raw materials and Packaging materials

15. Have the experience of Bargaining for the cost reduction in RM and PM

16. Have good contacts in the food industry for the knowledge and information

17. Knowledge and experience of Chocolate preparation and development

18. Knowledge of packaging development.

19. Knowledge of food laws FSSAI India and exports.

20. Knowledge of BOP/ label development.

21. Able to transfer the technology from Korea to India factory

22. Feasibility studies and Stability studies

23. Decision making for the instrument purchase, specifications design and process
