The role combines management of the department and research for case teams and client development.
The Manager is responsible for diverse support services for the department -including team management, training, research and resource management.
The Manager coordinates with Regional and Global stakeholders to ensure alignment with global policies and goals.
Participates as an active member of the Industry Team
Takes an active role in the continuous evaluation of products and services
Facilitates team and customer communication in order to resolve issues
Encourages Knowledge Management efforts
Conducts research for local and regional case teams
Provides filtered and often synthesized research results
Proactively works with Case Team Managers to understand the context of the case and specific case information needs
Mandatory :
Knowledge of Databases : viz., Bloomberg etc
