Play a pivotal role in the planning and implementation activities of the Global Reporting and Analytics function
- Collaborate and work closely with the New York-based Human Capital Analytics & Reporting team to build analytical capability and increase the scalability of global reporting
- Drive HR analytics and reporting projects
- Conduct analyses and prepare technical reports for business leaders using Excel, SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Python, or R
- Manage a team of reporting analysts and oversee their technical work and provide guidance to improve quality, efficiency, and prepare reporting products for an executive audience
WHO WE- RE LOOKING FOR:
- A bachelor's and/or master's degree with at least 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in reporting and analytics
- Hands-on experience building analytical and reporting products using SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Python, R, or Microsoft Excel
- A dedicated customer service mentality, excellent interpersonal communication skills, a knack for analytical problem solving, and an ability to see how small details impact the big picture (i.e., systems thinking)
- The ability to create structured reports for an executive audience that leverage best practices in data visualization
- The ability to dive into details, collaborate effectively with teammates, drive projects to completion, and exercise the utmost discretion while handling confidential information
- A proven track record of managing and leading a team in a dynamic business environment
- The ability to work with a diverse work force at various organizational levels
