Manager Reporting @ MNC @ Fortune 500 Company - Ensure timely closing of books by reviewing and checking General ledger /cost center/profit center postings. Submitting rectification / re-classification JVs as needed. Review and check adequacy of provisions compared with budget. - Report Flash after completing period closure checklist to MS APME. - Capex reporting template compilation - determine reasons for YTD Budget vs Actual liquidation and commitments. - Check the nature of investment and confirm availability of Capex budget. Investment orders release based on authorized Authorization for Expenditure [AFE] forms - Monthly Business Review documents preparation in USD and INR - comments on Budget vs Actual, Trend analysis of volumes and margins, detailed analysis of margins by product / customer segment, profit reconciliation, Fixed costs and Variable costs variance analysis in consultation with Business excellence. Submitting Draft to CEOs for validation after initial review by AVP Reporting. - Issuance of monthly deliverables to MS APME - variance analysis, balance sheet, cash flow, monthly working capital, COMFI sales report, Monthly highlights on the months results after review by AVP Reporting. - Issuance of working capital (debtors, inventory, creditors, non-trade WCR elements) and CMO by business division and analysis of the business reasons for variances vis-A-vis budget and last annual closure after review by AVP Reporting. - Compilation of Annual Budgets, Long Term Plans and Annual Financing plan workings and summaries. - Compilation of Budget seasonalisation for reporting to MS APME in prescribed template in consultation with Business Excellence teams. - Management Accounting viz. preparing various Reports for divisions/affiliates to help in strategic decision making. - Issuance of business segment wise results along with analytical review for local statutory audit - Issuance of projected P&amp;L for quarterly and annual advance tax workings by Tax department. - Issuance of ad-hoc power-point presentations for regional management review meetings etc. - Issuance of adhoc reports for special purposes. Participate in new Reporting projects initiated by the Group.
