Manager - Reporting - BI/ETL - Insurance

JOB Responsibilities:

- Responsible for producing daily / weekly /monthly / quarterly / annual reports and deploying Business Intelligence tools

- Data integration, validation, and manipulation assignments

- Service ad hoc Reporting and Monitoring requests on an as needed basis.

- Analyze and manage large quantities of data and identify trends to provide meaningful insights

- Responsible for developing skills for the Analytics and Business Intelligence team in Data Integration, Reporting, and Business Intelligence through coaching and training.

- Responsible for deploying Business Intelligence tools like Qlikview, Cognos, OBIEE, SSRS.

Desired Profile:

- Deep experience of delivering on Standard and Adhoc Reporting Engagements

- Should have strong expertise on Business Intelligence tools - Qlikview, Cognos, OBIEE, SSRS

- Strong experience of integrating data from multiple sources, deploying ETL tools like Informatica.

- Strong database skills, including SQL and ability to pull together disparate data sources.

- Should have skills to analyze data and provide inputs on trends, patterns, etc. which will be useful to the business

- Good prior experience of leading large teams

- Strong experience on VBA, Excel, SQL
