Manager - Repayment & Collections Operations - FinTech/Banking

What you'll do :

- Managing collections of all repayments due from corporate borrowers

- Leading identification of risky accounts and devising and implementing strategies to avoid defaults by risky accounts

- Leading recovery of delinquent accounts, recovery planning, effectuating collection policies, and implementing mechanisms to mitigate delinquency and collection risks

- Managing teams to run day-to-day operations of the collection process to ensure the highest quality of customer collection services

- Managing and liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the pre-delinquency and recovery process, and offering a solutions-based approach for defaulted cases

- Managing revenue assurance function entailing collection assessment and control of delinquencies

- Process setting and end-to-end implementation to achieve the above objectives

What we're looking for :

- 3-6 years of experience in pre-default management and collections, including 2+ years of supervisory role

- Prior experience in the fintech industry and business / SME loan recovery is preferred

- Prior experience in the supervision of a team, and internal and external relationship management

- Exceptional communication abilities to function across all organizational levels and accomplish targets
