Manager - Reinsurance - BFSI

Role: Manager Reinsurance

Location: Gurgaon

CTC: upto 27 lakhs

Responsibilities:

- Manage India Reinsurance Operations team.

- Responsible for internal stakeholder management, client satisfaction and value creation while delivering on agreed set of KPI's and targets

- Strong global experience and exposure including working in a multi-cultural, international environment

- Insurance and professional Certifications like - CII, III, ARe, LOMA, Project Management, Six Sigma will be an added advantage.

- Ideally around 10 to 12 years of experience in a managerial position, leading multiple teams in shared services or financial services industry (e.g. re/insurance, banking)

- Knowledge in Insurance / Reinsurance concepts; P&C business knowledge a plus
