Manager - Reinsurance

The roles involves managing Corporate Reinsurance --Facultative

Property, Terrorism, Liability & Miscellaneous lines of business.

Interface between the underwriters and the reinsurance market.

- Define processes pertaining to various aspects of treaty and facultative reinsurance

- Set up monitoring mechanism to ensure adherence to the defined processes

- Automate the processes wherever required

- Control all Reinsurance Payments and documentations – will require engagement with brokers also

- Design reinsurance program for various product classes as required

- Will include evaluating various reinsurance structures and options

- Prepare reinsurance submission

- Interact with reinsurers and brokers for the same

Looking for Tier I/II Institute candidates or Chartered Acccountant

- Good analytical skills, should have ability to handle large database and draw analytical output, Good in MS Excel

- Good communication skills

- Preferably a CA or a Tier I/IIManagement graduate with Min 1 Year exp
