Regulatory Compliance Manager - With a Payment Bank

Location: Navi Mumbai

To manage the daily regulatory compliance of the RBI, PMLA, UIDAI, NPCI, CKYC, and other agencies, including :

(a) Disseminating guidelines to the relevant stakeholders, updating the tracker, and conducting follow-up and closure on guidelines compliance

(b) Promptly notifying stakeholders of various correspondences and providing a response to the regulator following the quality and sanctity check

(c) Updates on the various executive and board-led committees' compliance status.

(d) Managing compliance testing from start to finish, including preparation, execution, reporting testing outcomes, and monitoring adherence to the observations

(e) Managing RBS on behalf of the Bank in its entirety

2. To manage cross-functional issues like :

(a) Assessing product proposals from a compliance standpoint and (b) assessing vendor/business partner agreements.

3. Dashboard management:

(a) Tracking of action taken report emanating from various Board, Board led & Management committee

(b) Pending actionable w.r.t compliance to guidelines

(c) Pending line times for compliance to testing observations

4. (a) To prepare presentations and notes for various Board, Board led and Management committee for compliance department and also to the functions under the CCO

(b) Check whether the draft minutes and final minutes of management committee meeting are in line with the discussion during the meeting

(c ) Coordinate with CS team for timely submission of notes, presentation and finalization of minutes along
