Position: Manager - Regulatory Compliance

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

Salary: 20 to 28 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Awareness of Regulatory Compliance requirements

- Experience working with a Bank/Financial Institution's Regulatory Compliance department, with knowledge of interpreting regulations/circulars/laws from regulatory bodies

- Understanding of Regulatory Mapping & determining obligations

- Drafting key policies/procedure documents

- Compliance Advisory on specific banking divisions or products

- Regulatory Gap Assessment and Regulatory Risk Review

- Establishing client and internal relationships

- Preparing regulatory compliance checklists and tracking/logging regulatory interactions

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Post Graduation degree

- 5+ years of experience in Regulatory Compliance

- Banking sector experience with a focus on core Regulatory Compliance

- Openness to travel outside of the assigned office location. A valid passport is required.

- Manager Level: Candidates from Financial Services, Investment Banking, or banking with consulting firm experience (past/current) who have interacted with clients and worked on compliance solutions are preferred.
