- Carry out Compilation of Technical documentation & dossiers for Various Markets to comply with applicable regulations and guidelines, especially EU REACH, EU CLP, and other REACH-Like and chemical control regulations

- Authoring Country-specific SDSs and Labels via Lisam (ExESS Software)

- Performing EU Poison Centre Notifications on EU subsidiary

- Aiding GM-Regulatory in preparing & implementing regulatory SOPs in compliance with the company's systems, monitoring Regulatory status, identifying existing / new/upcoming regulatory risks & opportunities

- Coordinate with other members of the Regulatory Affairs team, Business teams, Quality Control team, R&D team, HSE teams, Purchase Teams and other relevant teams to gather necessary data for regulatory compliance or registrations/notifications.

- Coordinate with Labs/CROs to generate (Eco)Toxicological data and to characterize the product via HPLC,GC,FT-IR, UV-Vis, MS,NMR,ICP,AAS,XRD,XRF or other methods.

- Support positive Product Safety Culture and compliance with company's safety, health and environmental policies, standards and procedures

Desirable: Should have worked in Responsible Care Certified Mfg company or Chemical regulatory consultancy firm. Prior work experience in R&D /QA/QC is preferred.

- Well versed with all the 16 sections of SDS, including deriving GHS classification for complex mixtures using Toxicity data/Ecotoxicity data/study reports and GHS standards.

- Atleast 5-years in Authoring GHS SDS (manually, as well as through Software)

- Experience with Lisam (ExESS) software is must.

- Experienced in EU Poison Centre Notifications for Hazardous Mixtures

- Knowledge in Polymer low concern Criteria

- Knowledge of New chemical Notifications and Global Existing chemical Inventories and their impact.

- Should be able to coordinate with Labs/CROs to get regulatory tests. Interpretate MS/NMR/UV-Vis/FT-IR Analytical test reports

- Basic understanding of Chemical Toxicology

- Good Understanding of EU REACH Regulation & related requirements and experiential knowledge of REACH Registration process.

- Familiarity with International Hazard Communication Standards (i.e. Global Harmonized System (GHS), HSNO, etc.).

- Familiarity with International Regulatory Standards (i.e. TDG, IMO, IATA etc.)
