Manager - Regulatory - CA

Hiring for one of our reputed client for the role of Manager- Regulatory.

Qualification- CA/MBA

Experience- 8-12 Years

Location- Delhi

Our client is an infrastructure company operating under strict regulations & guidelines. They are looking for a Manager- Regulatory to help them focus on:

1. Preparation of Multi Year Tariff Proposal for our client and coordinating with finance as well as business team.

2. Effectively handling of various regulatory audits and reviewing the guidelines, notifications issued by the regulator.

3. Preparation of financial models with respect to regulatory requirement including trend analysis, allocation exercise, robust financial projection etc.

5. Knowledge for various financial techniques, tools which can support the assumption considered while preparation of financial model during tariff determination process.

6. Scenario analysis, Cost benefit analysis, management presentation and preparation of briefing notes and arguments to strengthen our contention.

7. Support various regulatory entities in various regulatory legal proceedings and understanding of various regulatory models followed at other industry.
