Manager - Regional SCM - Mobile & Imaging Firm

Looking for candidates for the role of Manager - Regional SCM for a reputed Mobile & Imaging Company.

Requirements:

1. Masters in SCM / Logistics from repute B-Schools only (Full Time Curriculum).

2. An expert of MS Office (MS Excel in particular) and ERP

3. Understanding of the demand forecasting and weekly and monthly Sales operation planning.

4. Local / Regional candidates - will be given prior preference.

Tentative Job Description:

- Plan, develop, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the personnel, operations and budget of an organization's supply chain or a supply chain services company.

- Coordinate with Regional Supply Chain Manager to ensure weekly PO from SPD in line with forecast.

- Impart training to SRDs / SCM person on need basis.

- Collaborate with staff, other departments, senior management, and decision makers to share information, problem solve, and to clarify management objectives.

- Implement and adhere to transaction management best practices.

- Stay informed of advances in supply chain technology and approaches, and apply within the organization to improve supply chain processes

- Establish key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against set goals.

- Identify Tier-2 distributor who are performing below baseline KPIs commitments.

- Connect with Tier-2 distributor SCM person and ABMs to follow-up and drive the SOFS process compliance

- Check Tier-2 distributor weekly supply in-line with forecast from system and finalize their buying plan in-line with weekly consensus.

- Deploy top down forecast nos at Tier-2 distributor at SKU level in-line with Zonal Sales Manager guideline.

- Develop and implement profit improvement plans and change management plans.

- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports.
