Manager - Regional Sales Finance - FMCG

Location - Chennai

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the Finance function of the region which includes accounting, analytics, audit and commercial controls [MIS, Receivables, Inventories and Working Capital Management]

- Coordinating with region to monitor regional/ state-wise profitability, fixed overheads and local trade promotion management

- Monitoring for Tax laws and other legal compliances for the region

- Leading the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives at the region

- Driving Sales Commercial Function KPIs in the region through budgeting and variance analysis; multiple MIS and dashboards

- Partnering with relevant stakeholders for the organization level initiatives

- Overseeing process controls w.r.t. to commercial and accounting activities (AR, BTL schemes, Distributor claims, VAT)

- Responsible for region's statutory audit and ensuring zero audit observation

- Developing operational excellence in all aspects for the region

- Driving processes for Channel Partners

- Leading GST Implementation in the region

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Chartered Accountant, with 2 to 5 years of experience in handling Sales Commercial Finance, preferably in FMCG/Manufacturing sectors
