Designation : Regional Marketing Head
Company Profile :
One of the leaders in supplier of ventilation and air handling units as well as heating appliance (HVAC) with more than ten regional companies located in Europe, the Middle East and Asia- Pacific is looking for a Regional Marketing Head with knowledge in Sales and marketing, customer and personal service, and ability in establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationship.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Must Co-ordinate very closely with the organization's customer branch of Architects, Designers, Contractors and the Construction companies and build a brand recall through personal and non - personal interventions
- Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.
- Participate in related exhibitions, trade events to spread brand awareness. Keep the organization aware of such activities.
- Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
- Prepare Market Intelligence reports, share with Sales team to keep them updated with trends and conduct competition analysis to procure a deeper insight into trade related activities.
Desired Profile :
Qualifications : BTech, MBA
Minimum Experience : 8-14 years

Essential Competencies and Skills :
- Sales and Marketing Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Customer and Personal Service Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal relationships developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
- Relationships with personals in various sections must have personal contact with Architects, Contractors and Designers or any other personnel from the HVAC customer base.
