Manager - Regional Compensation & Benefits - Transportation & Freight

Looking for a Manager - Regional Comp & Ben Role with exposure to at least 1 International Market. (India, Middle East & African countries. The role reports to Managing Director - HR and requires the person to work closely with the management.

Following is the preferred criteria in the applicant:

1. Must have experience with people management, including remote management.

2. Should have worked with or interacted with senior management on key business initiatives or initiatives.

3. Successfully managed strategic business projects as the project manager demonstrating strong project management skills

4. Worked in a position that required a strong focus on compliance and cost.

5. Strong analytical and data management skills.

1. Candidate's should have experience handling C&B related activities for different countries eg: India, Middle East, South Africa etc.

2. Candidates should have prior experience handling a team of direct reportees. Minimum team size 4-5 direct reportees.
