Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and programs to attract and recruit highly skilled professionals across various roles in the construction industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs, create job descriptions, and establish selection criteria for each position.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including online job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening and assessment, including resume review, interviews, and reference checks, to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success.
- Design, develop, and deliver learning and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Identify training needs through assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback from managers, and collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant training materials and programs.
- Implement effective on boarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and accelerate their integration into the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives by gathering feedback, analyzing program metrics, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Stay updated on talent acquisition trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies to proactively identify innovative strategies for attracting top talent.
- Develop and promote the employer brand through online and offline channels, including career websites, social media, job fairs, and industry events.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the recruitment and learning and development processes.
Qualifications and Skills: :
- Bachelor's degree in B.E. Civil with MBA HR from the Reputed Institute.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably in Gulf countries.
- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, techniques, and best practices, specifically in the construction industry.
- Experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs, preferably in the construction or related industries.
- Familiarity with local labor laws, regulations, and visa requirements in the Gulf countries.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates, hiring managers, and employees.
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms for talent acquisition purposes.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making in talent acquisition and learning and development.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment and learning projects simultaneously.
