Manager - Recruitment/Talent Acquisition - BFSI

- Leading the Talent Acquisition for the company or business

- Should be responsible for Consultant Empanelment and performance review

- Should be taking the final call on the amount of CTC to be offered to the candidate

- Should be having at least two team members

- Should be having a good control on the TAT's

- Should have at-least 80% Recruitment profile and KRA's

- Should be reporting to Head of HR

- Should be willing to work in Mumbai i.e. South Mumbai

- Should have designed campus recruitment, assessment centres

- Should have handled mass recruitment as well
