Role: Manager – Recruitments (RPO)
Background: HR Access is a 14 year old executive search firm with a special focus on technology hiring,
servicing Fortune 500 clients in IT, Consulting and Telecom.
Location: Delhi/NCR
Key expectations:
- Proficiency in recruitment for middle and senior level IT roles
- Exposure in hiring for:
- Application managed services (AMS)
- IT Infrastructure (L3 hiring)
- Strong stakeholder management experience (3-5 years)
- Hands on experience in end to end recruitment lifecycle management
- Experience managing a team of 5-7 resources
- Volume hiring experience (200-300 on-boardings per year) mandatory
- Strong background in MIS process management
- Execution excellence
Experience level: 5-7 years with minimum 3 years of managerial experience
Compensation: Comparable to market level compensation for similar roles with 70% fixed and 30% variable
Preferred qualifications:
- Graduate degree (required)
- PGDM in Operations desirable
