Manager - Recruitment Process Outsourcing SME - BPO

9-10+ years in recruitment industry, 5+ in US RPO industry, staffing and handling client relationship.

Should have hands on experience using and deploying various various sourcing tools and methods for US Geography clients.

Should have led a team or has experience in training/coaching teams.

Willing to work in fast paced environment and ready to work in US shift timing.

Certification related to RPO industry is preferred.

Should be able to create and deploy RPO related training modules independently
