Manager -Recruitment Operations

- Candidates with a graduate/master's degree from a well-known college with at least six to nine years of relevant work experience in an HR-Operations or recruitment role.

- In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in managing people, processes, and day to-day operations that drives global recruiting strategy. You'll serve as an advisor to the stakeholder and support them in driving the long-term vision, forecast capacity utilization, facilitating smooth transition, and implementing innovative solutions to solve operational problems.

- Additionally, you'll lead operational team, demonstrate high proficiency in operations procedures, be accountable for change management, proactive in communication, and define performance metrics for processes and individuals.

- You'll ensure effective and efficient working relationships between the team members, maintain a high level of morale and productivity, provide direction, mentoring, and coaching, implement training and development plans, succession planning, overall an effective people, process, and technology management.

- The candidate should have expertise in project, transition, workflow management

- Candidates should have a demonstrated level of comfort working in an ever-changing environment
