Looking for a Manager - Talent Acquisition for a Electronic Manufacturing MNC organization for their Pune location

Preferably MBA HR from a reputed B School

Ability to manage large volume ramp for IT /non IT & also front end senior roles for a site

Recruitment Analytics and dashboards

8-10 years to pure play recruiting experience in the Engineering Services / Electronic Manufacturing space

Good communication & articulation skills

Leadership skills and ability to directly work with senior business leadership in India and globally
