- Plan and implement a recruitment marketing strategy to attract high-quality applicants
- Position the Tiger EVP to external candidates
- Plan and manage recruitment campaigns (internal & external)
- Manage and improve all comms through the recruitment process (JDs, Emails, Interviews, Newsletters, etc)
- Monitor and reach out to online and offline communities/ channels to promote our company and open roles
- Work on pre + post candidate engagement and experience respectively
- Work with Employer Branding Team to drive your recruitment marketing campaigns
- Design and plan recruiting events
- Manage Alumni Communications
- Work with HR and Leadership on Campus Connects, Leadership Talks and other interactions with universities / campuses.
- Apply for key People / Talent / Diversity / Culture / Team Awards
- Work closely with HR department to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges
