Recruitment Manager
- Develop / Update recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Coordinate with department managers for entire recruitment process (up to on boarding)
- Stay up-to-date with the labour laws
- Determine current staffing needs / manpower requisition
- Implement various recruitment techniques to ensure hiring of quality talent within TAT
- Develop and maintain open position, candidate MIS / master to track, fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Take necessary steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Supervise 2 / 3 recruiting personnel
- Effective communication with stockholder and candidate on feedback
- Initiate and implement new hiring and selection methods for constant improvement in hiring standards and creating talent pipeline
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
- Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
- Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
- Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
- Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers
- Implementation of recruitment software
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Proven work experience in mass hiring for large organization
- Experts in blue collar hiring as well as white collar hiring
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems / HR databases
- Experience using various interview evaluation (phone, in-person, online or in person) interview methods for candidate screening and evaluation
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (LinkedIn)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Excellent communicator
- BSc/ BA/ BMS/ B.Com with PG in business administration, human resources or relevant field
