Manager - Recruitment/Leadership Hiring - BPO

- Will do exec-hiring for Infra Services & BPS .

Key Responsibilities:

- Demand Management and Supply Planning expertise

- Responsible for Sourcing Planning and Managing pipeline across

- Meeting recruiting targets and managing internal or external stakeholder reporting

- Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel with special focus on New Age sourcing techniques

- Explore and implement the market best practices in the recruitment

- Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and Recruitment channels

- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process

- Conducts job interviews for key jobs in the organization

- Manages and develops the team of Recruiters

- Provide Market Research and mapping for ongoing and new recruitment requirements

- Act as an escalation point to business stakeholders for all recruiting related concerns

- Provide external marketplace information to Leadership

- Optimize and Update recruiting databases and tools Relationships: Reports to: Qualifications: Education: Post Graduate degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience Work Requirements: Some travel may be required
