- Sourcing of CV's through various recruitment channels namely job portal, internal referral, own database, social networking sites, consultants etc
- Creating a database of resumes based on domain expertise
- Create manpower plan for every quarter understand business requirement and quick TAT for filling up vacancies
- Conduct first level interviews, scheduling interviews with senior management for selection, issue offer and appointment letter
- End to end negotiation with candidates and ownership on conversion
- Conduct joining formalities, prepare personal file and organize induction program
- Preparation of MIS and reports and present results to supervisor and management in a timely manner
- Managing both off-shore and onsite recruitment
Qualification & Experience :
- 8+ years of industry experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, Master's Degree a plus
- Experience in recruiting candidates in the BI/Analytics space is a must
