Hiring Manager Recruitment and Key Account Manager

Location- Gurgaon

Company- Our client is a well established niche HR consulting and Executive Search Organization

Team Size- 3-4 Research Associates and Senior RA's

Experience- Minimum 6 yrs

Working Schedule- 5 Days a week, Mon- Fri, 9 AM to 6 PM. Flexi hours

CTC- INR 14-18 LPA

Key Job Responsibilities-

- Candidate will be responsible for end to end hiring, right from sourcing, screening, interviews to salary negotiations

- Candidate will work closely with clients to understand client requirements.

- Candidate will be responsible for contract signing and payment collection

- Candidate will be required to work independently for closing top mandates at Exco level.

- Candidate will be required to run recruitment drives

- Excellent written and oral English is must for the job
