Responsibilities :
- Responsible for leadership hiring of the organization
- Manpower planning, Metrices and controls.
- Hiring data analysis, MIS expertise
- Analyse data from the on boarding process with respect to Business impact
- Oversee the overall Background Investigation process
- Analyse the data with respect to the Impact on Business, cost, and other factors.
- Vendor Management ( Back ground investigation vendor)
- Team handling
Desired Profile :
- MBA (2 years full time) from B-Schools with 8-10 yrs of leadership hiring experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
