- Responsible for resource delivery across verticals and key accounts.
- Manage stakeholders and resource delivery.
- Manage and execute the agreed sourcing mix as per the budget.
- Support the full talent acquisition life-cycle.
- Work on improving Hiring Managers, candidates and other stakeholders experience.
- Deliver comprehensive candidate pools through different sourcing channels.
- Perform and monitor key metrics that drive optimum recruiting execution.
- Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of talent acquisition services.
- Streamlining and improving processes wherever necessary.
