Role :

- Lead tech and non-tech hiring; hire high end technology - esp full stack developers

- Team Leadership - lead recruiters - tech and non-tech

- Identify and create sustainable talent pool

- Creatively tap untapped resource pool

- Lead efforts to attract global and local high end product talent

- Effectively use social media to engage with talent pool

- Proactively ensure vendor identification, nurturing and elimination is a seamless process

- Ensure latest in recruitment technology and tools

- Stakeholder management

- Should be able to join within 15-20 days
