Responsibilities : - Manage complete Recruitment life cycle - Evaluate technical requirements o and headhunt talent from Social media and job portals - Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes - Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants- abilities through structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions - Build a stronger relationship with customers and Prospect candidates - Craft and send personalized recruiting emails - Build success stories - Build Career Services local to the India market - Manage internal and external stake holders Requirements : - Proven work experience of 5-9 years as a Technical or Non Technical Lead/Manager - Keeps up-to-date with the market, new technological trends and products and services - Hands-on experience with various interview formats as an interviewer (e.g. phone, Skype and structured) - Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Solid understanding of People practices followed in companies in India Salary offered/Earning Potential : upto 20 L/pa
