- Proficiently utilize social sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter account, along with job boards, networks, forums and research methods to source passive & active candidates
- Experience in revamping the HR process and practices to give best candidate experience. Expertise in Salary mapping, Business intelligence and head hunting.
- Expertise in Technical Recruitment, headhunting, industry mapping, etc.

- Should have a strong experience in recruitment
- Should have managed a team
