Job Description :

Mandatory : Looking for people only from Product /Fmcg Companies

Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (50%) + Other Generalist ( 50%)

- Experience with major focus on Talent Acquisition.

- Complete knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes, interviewing candidates, salary negotiations and formulating salary fitments for selected candidates.

- Expertise in Employer Branding, Manpower Planning, Sourcing Strategies, background checks, Employee Referrals, Internal Job Postings, Vendor Management, Mapping locations for clients, handling business & complete end to end operations. Planning Weekend Drives, Mapping location for weekend drives, Allocating resources for coordination.

- Managing delivery of Campus recruitment.

- Excellent communication skills and easily adapts to multi-cultural international environments.

- Good in qualitative, cost effective and timely recruitment as per department head requirements.

- Experience in Resource Management, Vendor management and Background Verification.
