- Work with internal business teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts across levels.
- Work in sync with the company wide recruitment strategy.
- This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, search & selection using job boards, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, stakeholder management, etc.
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization using traditional & non-traditional means of recruiting.
- Proactively develop talent pools/ talent communities to dip into when hiring is in full swing.
- Manage the end to end recruitment process and life-cycle, including sourcing, initial assessments, telephonic & personal interviews culminating in offers & maintaining the appropriate MIS for reporting and decision.
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers & stakeholders with requisite hiring and employment data.
- Develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research pool with regards to talent acquisition, market salary trends, Campus hiring trends, etc
- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
- You are a prolific communicator & net worker with a penchant for human psychology & recruiting.
- Your written & spoken communication is crisp & flawless.
Salary Range: 15 - 20 LPA
