To strengthen their talent pool within the organization they are looking to hire a person for a senior role in Talent Acquisition for one of their business verticals.   Details of the position are :   Position: Manager- Recruitment   Job Location: Mumbai  Job Purpose : Drive overall talent acquisition agenda for the business vertical while individually manage all leadership hiring for that business.   Role :   - Define a robust talent acquisition strategy & drive the Leadership hiring for one of the business verticals and drive its efficient implementation.   - Mentor & Coach respective TA Manager's at the respective regions on all the policy & process changes in the function.   - Expand scope of talent sourcing from vendor and walk in channels by developing alternate channels like referrals and social media.   - Provide thought leadership on TA and work with Business leaders and Senior Management team to manage all Talent acquisition for senior management & leadership roles.   Requirements :   - Full time Graduate/Post Graduate with good academic background & overall 7 -12 years of strong TA experience.   - Must have at least 7 - 9 years experience in core Talent Acquisition across all levels with organizations of strong repute.   - Strongly required experience of Financial Services Hiring & Volume Hiring is Mandatory. Person should be working in renowned companies.   - Excellent Verbal & Written Skills preferred.   - Preference for persons with strong understanding of Taleo  Salary Offered : 12-15 LPA
