- Based out in Rajnandangaon, Chattisgarh, FMCG
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Ensure that the administration of all recruitment records are complete and accurate
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, and select applicants
- Understanding and executing staffing requirements and issues from all departments of the organization
- Work with other department managers across the organization to confirm hiring needs and requirements
- Ensure that current staff numbers are sufficient and appropriately distributed
- Remain current on trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to compete in the market and within the industry
- Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing, according to established organization guidelines
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Manage recruitment efforts and advertising budgets
- Develop recruitment initiatives, budgets and organizational marketing materials to attract applicants
- Develop and maintain network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates
- Initiate and maintain contact with qualified candidates for specific job openings throughout the recruitment and hiring process
- Coordinate participation in various job fairs and may be required to make presentations
- Develop/maintain contacts and act as a contact person for schools, alumni groups, and other groups as necessary to meet recruiting objectives
- Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills
- Provide guidance, coaching training, and reference information/materials to department managers in preparation for applicant interviews
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed
- Research, identify and recommend best practices for full cycle recruitment function, including alternative staffing strategies
