A conglomerate with considerable size and in predominantly the consumer goods sector is seeking to appoint a seasoned professional who can bring to the table experience in driving a multi-year system strategy to leverage and optimize the current systems, process and capabilities.
You would work on increasing the Saudization quota and put a plan in place for growing and enabling Saudi talent. A strong consultative approach and business partnering skills are key enablers to success.
The position requires a player/ coach personality who can drive the change, communicate a compelling and inspiring vision that motivates your team to rally behind you, take a long term view of what the organization needs and act as a catalyst for change.
