Our client is one of the largest and fastest growing multinational services firm with a strong footprint in India. To ensure a speedy and quality growth, they are looking to hire an Manager Recruitment for the largest vertical, who will be responsible for all hiring across multiple skills in F&A, Tax and Audit in India with a team of 5-6 people while reporting directly into the Vertical Recruitment Head

Job Description: 

As a Manager Recruitment with a team of 5-6 people and a direct reporting into the Vertical Recruitment Head for F&A, Tax and Audit, you will be responsible for:

- Timely delivery and complete ownership of recruitment targets of approx. 1000 hires within agreed Cost/SLA/Channel Mix/quality with necessary process compliance and controls for the vertical

- Strategize and partner closely with the Business heads in India to achieve recruitment goals and ensure that capability exists in the team to drive the same


- Working towards identifying and implementing robust recruitment processes for both mid to senior and Executive hiring, ensuring strong source mix including social media, innovative recruitment metrics and proactive direct channels of sourcing


- Create strong fundamentals and metrics to manage end to end recruitment process from demand management to sourcing, reviewing, interviewing, offer management and finally on boarding process


- Be a strong mentor to the fast-growing members of the team and proactively work towards their skill development to be able to achieve the goals


- Work towards employer branding both internally and externally and drive referrals as one of the most important sources of hiring


- Work strongly as an advisor to the business and the team on recruitment related matters


Profile :

- Comes with 8 - 12 years of strong and specialist experience into Recruitment and a specialized experience of 6+ years in hiring for F&A, Tax and Audit skills


- Must come with a strong team management experience


- Candidates should preferably come from Consulting/ Financial services/ NBFC set ups


- Should have the ability to think through recruitment issues at the back of market intelligence


- Excellent verbal and written communication + articulation skills


- Must be high on execution and delivery, agility, committed, a go getter and possess high speed execution


- Should have seen scale and complexity both


- Strong executive presence and tendency to effectively build relationships and establish trust and competence


- Ability to manage multiple business stakeholders with strong analytical skills + logical approach


- Strong negotiation skills and ability to solve problems
