Scope / Objective:
The Position of Manager - Recruitment reports in to the Partner Recruitment, a unique opportunity to contribute to the overall growth of the company. This position requires outstanding client service, Team Management, dedication to company goals and passion for quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in End to End Recruitment in IT and Non IT and should have experience in Managing the Team and exposure on multiple industry.
- Managing the recruitment team in Contract/ Permanent staffing for all the levels
- Hiring Plan and source profiles and fulfill the open positions through the team.
- Hiring Plan on open mandates
- Work knowledge on job portals, Social Network, Head Hunting, reference.
- Managing the client and attending client meetings to understand the recruitment plan and hiring plans, managing the data base,
- Get the mandates and coordinate with the client and closing the positions on time and keeping the track.
- Follow-up with operations team on onboarding and negotiating the salary with client and candidates.
- Keeping the track on Sourcing details and raising the invoice and keeping the track.
- Scheduling the interviews with Line Managers / HR and get the feedback and process for joining.
- Maintaining the recruitment MIS, Report and etc
- Ability to think strategically, and to learn innovative concepts and methodologies.
