- Keeping market knowledge up to date

- Creating and Driving Processes for Company wide Recruitment

Desired Qualification :

- B.Tech/MBA

- 8+ years of experience as a Recruiter

- Experience in Hiring Product and Tech Roles for Startups

- 3+ years of Experience in Managing a Team of Recruiters
