Designation: HR Manager - Talent Acquisition
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to on boarding, requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, offer release
Sourcing through various channels, utilizing job portals, social networking sites, Social Media, Internet, advertising, postings, reference
Phone Screening (Evaluating Communication and Technical Skills in order to judge the candidate's suitability, Attitude, Academic & professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc, before proceeding for further shortlisting.
Filter through and reviewed completed candidate profile/resume and evaluated work history, education and training, job skills, desired salary/hourly rate and personal qualifications against open requirements.
Endorsing the exclusive agency submission from the candidate before submitting to the client so that no double submissions are done & the resource agrees through email on bill rate, location, requirement etc.
Select qualified contractors based on evaluations to fill client's requisition and negotiated salary and hourly / daily rates with candidates according to profit margin for contract placements
Provide complete and accurate information to the candidates about the position/Company, the Project with their Roles and Responsibilities in them and Compensation Package.
Managing any kind of expectation-setting that should take place prior to the interview.
Present candidates to Clients with brief written explanation of the candidates experience as it relates to the job description.
Post-Offer follow up with the selected candidates
Ensure joining formalities of all employees and ensure that this is followed till closure.
Coordinate background verification checks: Background & Referral Checks. This includes making sure they pass a background check
Send out new hire documents once hired and ensure that on-boarding process is seen through completion.
Manage end to end operations for deployed employees.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify Niche and hard-to-find talent.
Desired Candidate:
MBA in HR (Full time) from Top Institute will be given preference.
Experience in bulk hiring.
Excellent Communication Skills
