Job Description :

- End to end management of FLR hiring at the location.

- Close coordination with Ops / Stakeholders to understand the biz ask and deliver required resources as per business timelines.

- Close watch on Market dynamics and providing required resolution to meet the ask.

- Data analysis and reporting.

- Preparing presentation for reviews.

- Close connect with the TTBU employees to give them real time updates and provide resolution as and when required.

- Work with all TTBU functions - Recruiters/MIS/ Onboarding and provide them the right guidance to function.

- Experience in domestic and vernacular hiring is referred
