We are a 12+ year young recruitment firm with a global reach named ArCent Global HR. We provide dependable top level talent to our clients. Most of our clients are leading MNCs and level companies.

We are looking for a - Manager - Recruitment- for our client based in Delhi. Our this employer client is an advisory services firm into area of Investment Banking and Financial Modelling, with Projects in 45 countries across five continents with focus on North and West Africa, South Asia and Middle East providing services in the areas of Investment Advisory, Project Finance, Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial and Financial Due Diligence, Project Restructuring and Policy Reform for the infrastructure sector with focus on Energy, Water and Transport with offices in USA, New Delhi-India, Dubai, UAE and Seoul, South Korea.

With offices in the India, USA, Korea, Singapore & Dubai, our client has built international reputation for providing a comprehensive range of financial advisory services for Infrastructure Projects. Started in 2002, in India they have about 90 -100 employees all in Jasola Delhi office.

DETAILS OF THE POSITION:

1. Experience - 2 - 4 Years

2. Location - South Delhi

3. Qualification - MBA (HR) from a B- school.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.

2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

3. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

4. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, partners etc. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

5. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

6. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to stakeholders

7. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

8. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)

9. Drive recruitment quality and process excellence

10. Prepare recruitment reports and metrics.

NEEDED-

1. A post graduate in Human Resources.

2. 2 - 4 years of experience in Recruitment (Global recruitment preferred)

3. Some experience of having hired for services industry.

4. Good communication and networking skills, and working knowledge of social recruiting tools is required

5. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure

6. Openness to work from office facility 5 days a week.
