Should be full time MBA in HR
Experience - 3 to 8 yrs
- Should not be more than 35 yrs of age
- Partner with Country Leadership and Hiring Managers to become trusted advisor for recruitment topics
- Ensure recruitment cases are delivered in time & in quality
- Keep regular updates to Business and Hiring Managers about hiring status
- Ensure Recruitment policies, process and systems are well implemented in the country level
- TA related projects and improvements
- To implement system and process improvement projects to enhance hiring efficiency
- Should have TA experience of senior level hiring and understands various hiring gamut in depth like sourcing, vendor engagement, various assessment techniques, TA dashboards, stakeholder management
- Should be good in handling data & hiring systems
- Preference is LI/GI and then BFSI
