Team Size: 35 + Recruiters
Job Description:
- Successful track record in U.S Recruitment and Team Management.
- Must have at least 8-10 years of experience team management role in the US Staffing Industry.
- Must work with recruiters to meet deliver on client expectations.
- Solid experience in working with VMS clients
- Well versed with the US staffing terminologies like W2 and US Visa Types
- Should have past record in generating starts/revenues proportionate to the team size.
- Ability to interface with Account Manager and develop strong relationship with them
- Proven Leadership qualities with go getting nature is a must to have skill.
- Should be able to resolve issues within the team.
- Should be able to recruit & provide training for the new team members.

- Candidate willing to work night shift in Gurgaon
- Highly motivated and dynamic
- Experience in recruiting for US Job openings
- Experience in training other team members in recruiting
- Excellent team lead
- BE/B Tech/MBA preferred
- 10 years working in a professional environment- Outgoing with strong verbal and written communication skills
- General knowledge and understanding of full cycle recruiting
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
- Have strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational and documenting skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as within a team
- Possess superior time management and problem solving skills
